Watercolor Workshop: Cherries

There are so many ways to work with watercolor, from a perfectly controlled dry brush method to free and expressive wet-on-wet techniques. In this workshop, we will combine the best from both approaches to create a luminous painting of cherries. 

We will begin with a pencil sketch to understand the value structure of our composition. After that, we will make a quick study in color, and then fully prepared we will paint our final piece.

All art supplies are provided. We use extra-fine White Nights watercolor paint and Saunders Waterford 100% cotton paper.
