Watercolor Workshop: Peony

At our next workshop with Daria Kozlova at Paguro Vulkan Showcase, we will be painting a portrait of a peony. The task may seem too difficult (so many petals, right?!), but we will learn the approach that makes everything a lot easier. Beginners are welcome!

Time: 11:00 - 14:00, May 29th

During this 3 hour class, we will study

• anatomy of the flower;
• color palette creation;
• mixing colors;
• value and tone for painting;
• the wet on dry technique.

The class is suitable for beginners. Step-by-step instructions from your teacher Daria make the whole process clear and easy to follow.

All art supplies will be provided. We use extra-fine White Nights watercolor paint and Saunders Waterford 100% cotton paper.

The class is limited to eight people. Registration is required.
